them of installation and maintenance in the brewery trade, working
on major installations to small refurbs, testing and inspections.

is the duty of every public house, Hotel or in fact any public building
to ensure the safety of their customers and clients. At Collier
Waters we carry out full premesis periodic inspection and testing
and also provide the necessary certification and reports required
to obtain a public entertainment licence.

is reported that approximately 9300 fires a year are caused due
to faulty or inadequate wiring. With prolonged use items such as
cables, switches, socket outlets etc deterioirate. It is because
of this fact that it is highly important to have checks carried
out and repairs made if necessary and to have new installations
carried out by approved electrical personel.
We also carry
out electrical surveys for customers thinking of purchasing a new
property. It is a little known fact that when a property survey
is carried out - electrics are not included!. As many of the homes
in the UK (Approx. 40%) date back to before 1945 it is crucial
 for
homeowners or potential home buyers to have the condition of the
electrics checked.
